Also, Gerry suggested that discussion of matter arising from the minutes, if there is any, shall be tackled on the other matter portion.

Rev. Fr. Lambert proceeded to the following agenda:

Agenda ( 1 ) : Status of the Manual of Operation per vicariate. It was discussed by Rev. Fr. Lambert in details with reference to the distributed copy of the template from the Diocese of Parañaque. Connie read a long list of Zoilo and her assignment, to do a survey of the different names used by dioceses nationwide.Afterwards, Rev. Fr. Lambert moved for the change and adoption of the name to read as “ Commission on the Family”. It was seconded by Manny. It was resolved, then afterwards Rev. Fr. Lambert clarified the reason for the adoption of the name as a response to question of Gerry. For the record, the translation in Filipino is “ Kumisyon ng Pamilya”. All the names encountered on the template were also amended to align with the newly adopted name.

On the discussion, it was emphasized by Rev. Fr. Lambert the 3 phases of the Manual, as to (1) name, (2) matrix and (3) Org. structure, time table, budget and evaluation skills. The one and two were done. The last phase was assigned to the group for next meeting’s discussion/presentation/submission.

Agenda (2): Status on the directive on the matrix:Rev. Fr. Lambert explained the link of the activity to Human Promotion and reminded the body to look or refer to liniamenta in revising their manual.

Reminded the secretary on the following assignment: (1)Rev. Fr. Lambert to express Goal 6-14. (2) Submission of matrix showing the link to Buhays, as well on or Sept. 8, 2009 (3) The submission of the phase 3 on the next meeting with a try to put the tripartite ( Planning/Formation, Implementing, Administration) and buhay on it.

It was also mentioned by Rev. Fr. Lambert that his title as clergy head of the COF be called as chairperson and that the couple coordinator and deputy remain as such.

Agenda ( 3 ): Update of the Family Life Center in TS Cruz: With the goal to set up a counseling center in the vicariate to be called Diocesan Center on the Family, San Isidro Labrador’s Chapel office was visited by Rev. Fr. Lambert and reported that the Vicariate will finance the renovation as agreed by the vicariate priests.

Its services :

1. Women and Children in Crisis
2. NFP Center

Lambert appointed the following, Allen & Duy as NFP Couple Coordinator, Che & Lita as the Pro-Life Coordinator, Zoilo and Connie as Women & Children in Crisis Coordinator and Paeng and Nancy as Counseling Coordinator.

It was also announced by Rev. Fr. Lambert that there will be a counseling assessment on Sept. 13 at Five Wounds Parish and urged the body to send couples from their parishes, deadline for submission of names on Sept. 8, 2009.

Agenda ( 4): Program for the year of the priest: It was proposed by Rev. Fr. Lambert to conduct activity in our respective parishes /vicariates;
