Minutes of the meeting of the Diocesan Commission on the Family held at the St. Jerome Parish, Alabang, Muntnlupa City presided by the Diocesan Chairperson Rev. Fr. Lambert Legaspino .
The meeting was attended by the vicariate coordinators:

Bro.Gerry & Sis.Zeny Mallillin (2) Our Lady of the Abandoned -North,
Bro.Che & Sis. Lita Lastica Our Lady of the Abandoned - South,
And group of servants from OLA parishes
Manny Manahan (3) St. Martin de Porres
Al & Edna Hermoso 4) St. Joseph
Bro.Zoilo & Sis.Connie Gabriel (5) San Antonio de Padua
Bro.Paeng & Sis.Nancy Barcelona (6) Sta. Rita de Cascia
The meeting started at about 8:00 pm with the opening prayer of Bro. Gerry .Introduction of the COF members of OLA followed.
Afterwards the minutes of the previous meeting were read, reviewed, corrected and moved for its approval by Bro.Gerry and seconded by Bro. Zoilo. Having no objection, amendment or clarification it was approved.
The body viewed the write up of Goal for Men Crisis presented by Bro. Che.
Rev. Fr. Lambert moved for the adoption of the final DCOF organizational structure ( printed copies distributed) and unanimously approved by the body.
Vicariate Update
St. Joseph-Pentecost last Oct. Vicariate assembly and quarterly meeting of all PCOF. Discussed the manual of organization which is still not clear to them.
San Antonio de Padua
CEE #10 with 27 graduates and with 186 couples to date.
Nov. 9, 2009 Vicariate meeting
Nov. 21 Father and Son encounter attended by 55 sons and 25 fathers
Nov. 28 scheduled Mother and Daughter Dialogue
Dec. 6, 2009 Grand Reunion of all MPP CEE graduates from their vicariate 2-6pm

1st Week of Novenber meeting discussed to the vicariate members the structure of Buhays
With priority on NFP and Post Cana. Counseling is referred to nearby Redemptorist Church

Reported the pre cana prepared by CFC

NFP Seminar scheduled on Nov. 14-15 was cancelled

Holy Family
Vicariate ME Nov.6-8 attended by 8 couples.
For the Diocesan Center for the Family it was mentioned the awaiting counselees
3 ready for counseling 1 incest, 1 battered wife , and a problem marriage.
Rev. Fr. Lambert announced that DSWD has 19 kids for their adopt a kid program. A program to adopt a kid for 3 months.
Rev. Fr. Lambert gathered from the members of the body their secret ballots on who would be the DCOF Couple Coordinator and Deputy.
A closing prayer by Rev. Fr. Lambert at about 11:00 pn.
